Ms. Faye Baker brings over 20 years of experience in Real Estate as an Investor, Broker, Developer, Credit Counselor and Housing Counselor. She is the Owner and Principal Real Estate Broker for Baker & Associates Realty Group LLC, Owner of Baker & Associates Development Group, Owner of Bella Sera Property Management LLC, and HUD approved housing counselor and Certified Branch Manager of National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) Investment Division (NID) Housing Counseling Agency. Faye Baker, a Detroit native born and raised in Detroit, graduated from Walsh College of Accountancy and Business Administration with a Bachelor degree in finance and a Master of Science in Administration degree from Central Michigan University.

She specializes in representing her clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residential and income property. Her focus is educating and assisting first-time and novice homebuyers and sellers through the home-buying process and working with community organizers to educate people in the community about the power of homeownership and how home- ownership can be used as a wealth-building tool.

As a HUD approved housing counselor, Faye Baker provides a wealth of services in the community aimed at educating the public on fair housing and predatory lending. The counseling services include financial literacy, pre-purchase education, post-purchase education, resolving or preventing mortgage delinquency, displacement and relocation, and rental education.
