Nadia is a true example of when passion meets drive. She has spent thousands of dollars traveling around the nation to ensure she is continuously learning, training and connecting with Top Real Estate Moguls around the Nation. In May of 2017, Nadia was approved by Housing Urban Development (HUD) to open Apopka's first NID Housing Counseling Agency. Within the first year she had assisted over one hundred (100) families keep their homes. This was done by guiding them through Loan Modifications and Pre-foreclosure counseling. Coupled with this, she has counseled over nine hundred (900) homebuyers through the monthly eight (8) hour homebuyer class that is required by HUD to receive down payment assistance. Nadia’s experience is tremendous, she has either owned or operated several successful businesses. She has a heart for the people as evidenced by her previous careers working for the Department of Juvenile Justice, Department of Defense and Children’s Home Society of Central Florida. 

She remains active in the Real Estate Industry and in her community and has served on several boards in many capacities. In 2017 Nadia was a recipient for Bethune-Cookman University "40 under Forty" award, in addition she was also awarded the “20 Under 40” Rising Star in Real Estate Award by Orlando Regional Realtor Association Young Professionals Network. In 2018 Nadia participated in Leadership of Apopka. In 2023 Nadia was a honoree for Apopka Chamber of Commerce “Women In Leadership” award. Nadia is very involved with giving back to her community evidenced by her continuous efforts of donating hundreds of hours of service to her community. One satisfaction that Nadia has is her spirit of “giving from the heart and not for recognition.
