Rachel Macaambac - Villegas is a CPA with more than 10 years of experience working in the corporate and government grantee sectors. She specializes in providing financial consulting services, financial statements preparation, budgeting, and forecasting. She is also an expert in financial planning and analysis and audit review.

Rachel started with NID as a part-time accountant and audit review assistant working directly with outside Accounting and Single Auditor firms that are highly regarded in government grant financial management and reporting over a five-year period.  She is now a part of the executive leadership team and serves as the Manager of the NID-HCA Accounting Department.
