NID and Ocwen share a common goal of fostering homeownership and preventing foreclosures whenever possible through sustainable loan modifications. For years NID and its housing counselors have helped Ocwen customers across the country by providing expert advice and assistance navigating the loan modification process. Many Ocwen customers struggling with their mortgage have benefited from NID’s financial counseling, budgeting advice, and assistance applying for a loan modification.

In addition to one-on-one counseling provided to Ocwen customers, NID and Ocwen have also collaborated to host borrower outreach events in geographic areas across the country that are still struggling from the lingering effects of the housing crisis. From logistical planning, to marketing resources, to providing expert housing counselors, NID has been an excellent organization to work with in our shared goal of helping homeowners remain in their homes.
