Jennifer T. Valentine is a Trainer, Author and Motivational Speaker. Valentine has been with the NID-HCA National family for two decades. Jennifer was the pioneer for one of the first NID-HCA Partnerships with the Housing Finance Agencies across America. Her involvement with the Partnership with the Ohio Housing Finance Agency gained prominence and national recognition for NID-HCA across the United States of America. She is also a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, the first African American female recipient in the country to receive the prestigious Nationwide Corporation Champion Award for Outstanding Achievement from their Corporation.

Ms. Valentine is a past board member of the Ohio Realtist Association and the Past President of the Greater Cleveland Realtist Association.
