Mr. Henry R. Stoudermire, Jr. is the President and Broker of McMullan Realty. He has served under the tutelage of Henry R. Stoudermire, Sr. since 1979 and has over 33 years of real estate expertise, serving first-time buyers, sellers, investors, national property management companies, and many Fortune 500 banks, lenders, and asset management corporations.

He is passionate about increasing minority homeownership rates in Northeast Ohio as well as throughout the state of Ohio. Currently, Henry serves as the Chair of The Ohio Realtist Association and The Cleveland Realtist Association. Henry has been instrumental in helping The National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) work toward its national goal of helping 2 million African Americans become new homeowners in five years.

Real estate training for new licensees is his passion. McMullan Realty, established in 1962, is now led by Henry as the 2nd generation President and Broker. Two of his sons, Henry III and Joshua, are licensed with the brokerage, setting the stage for the 3rd generation and ensuring effective communication with Millennials. His 15 trained agents consistently produce multi-million dollar volumes each year.

Henry has served in many national, state, and local real estate positions during his 33+ years of service, including National President of The Young Realtist Division, State President and Chairman, and Cleveland President and Chairman. He is married and has three handsome adult sons.
