Myra Lillard is the owner and chief appraiser of Home Guide Realty Services. She has been a commercial and residential real estate appraiser serving the state of Indiana for over 25 years. She also serves as a National Commercial Review Appraiser for Clarendon Corporation on the East Coast. Myra holds a Certified General Appraiser License and an Indiana Real Estate Broker License. She is a charter member and past president of the Central Indiana Realtist Association (2012-2014), a local chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). Myra also served as President of the National Society of Real Estate Appraisers (NSREA), an affiliate of NAREB, from 2016 to 2020, and was a member representative for The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council (TAFAC) and the North American Council of Appraisal Organizations (NACAO).

Ms. Lillard is a HUD-Certified Housing Counselor and Branch Manager of NID-Housing Counseling Agency of Marion County, serving the Indianapolis community. NID-HCA Marion County holds monthly in-person and online Homebuyer Education Workshops.
