Myra Lillard is owner and chief appraiser of Home Guide Realty Services. She is a commercial and residential real estate appraiser serving the State of Indiana for over 25 years. She also serves as a National Commercial Review Appraiser for Clarendon Corporation on the east coast region. Myra holds a Certified General Appraiser License and Indiana Real Estate Broker License. She is a charter member and past president of the Central Indiana Realtist Association (2012-2014), a local chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB). Myra served as President of the National Society of Real Estate Appraisers (NSREA), an affiliate of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers (NAREB) (2016-2020) and a member representative for The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council (TAFAC) and the North American Council of Appraisal Organizations (NACAO).

Ms. Myra is a HUD Certified Housing Counselor and Branch Manager of NID- Housing Counseling Agency of Marion County serving the Indianapolis community. NID-HCA Marion County holds monthly in-person and on-line Homebuyer Education Workshops.
