Mr. Elango Glenn is the CBOM for NID-Franklin County. Growing up Elango’s parents were active in making Columbus a better place to live for everyone. They were involved in both political and community service. Their work helped to create a passion in him for helping others. After spending several successful years in the Financial industry in multiple roles and later starting his own business Elango saw firsthand the financial struggles of everyday people. His desire to help led him to a position in the Non-Profit industry. During his time at the nonprofit Elango had a vision to combine his experiences in the financial industry and passion for community service to create an organization to help those who were willing to help themselves.

Elango has successfully counselled over 1000 clients, helping them increase their credit scores by an average of 60 points and helping clients with no scores report scores well over 700. He has also helped numerous clients achieve their goal of becoming homeowners. Beyond the numbers Elango has been able to help clients change their mindsets and appreciate the importance of discipline, sacrifice, setting goals, and consistently practicing good habits in order to improve their quality of life and achieve their dreams. Elango has held both a Life & Health License as well as a Series 6 License in investments. He has also completed the NCHEC Certification in Financial Capability and is a HUD Certified Counselor. Elango holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the Ohio Dominican University
