Ms. Kimberly Marshall is on a mission to increase homeownership and financial literacy for underserved and under-resourced consumers to revitalize neighborhoods across the state of Arkansas. Kimberly is a powerful force and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to promote fair and equitable treatment to all consumers through financial literacy and homeownership.

As a former mortgage banker, Kim’s career spans more than 20 years with a focus on affordable housing and community development. Kimberly is proud to have serviced numerous Arkansans to achieve and retain the dream of homeownership. Kimberly believes that homeownership and financial literacy are the solutions to bridging the wealth and closing the homeownership gaps in underserved and under-resourced communities.

Kim is a Certified Financial Literacy Facilitator and Trainer, HUD approved Housing Counselor, Financial Fitness Coach and Certified Credit Counselor.

Aligning perfectly with Kim's goals of providing education to consumers to have a safe, affordable place to call home and the knowledge necessary to successfully thrive and survive financially, Kim is President of Arkansas Association of Realtist, a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission of "Democracy in Housing"

When Kim is not working to promote homeownership, she enjoys gardening, reading and her new hobby virtual ballroom and line dancing. Kim is also the VERY proud mother to her only daughter Jennifer Lynn who resides in Texas.
